do you not think so far ahead? Its the morning of the anticipated New Year's Eve. Once again, I realized that I've neglected this blog. It's been a while since I last posted but honestly, I just do this for myself. Let's do a recap of 2011: - MONTREAL (fucking amazing) - I turned 19 (pretty awesome even though age is just a number nonetheless a number that determines what's appropriate for you to do) - Philippines (abso-fucking-lutely (look I used a infix) mind-blowing because I got to walk on the ocean floor and many other things) - some amazing quality friend time (okay I must admit, I'm so damn lucky with this one) - finished first year and started second (one thing and one thing only, F U Gen. Chem) - developed an addiction to becoming golden (I wanted to radiate like sunshine hahahaha but that only lasted April - October so basically, half a year) - got my license, yes I did slack on this but I finally got some motivation and did it - Atlantic City where I got to tan in October I'm sure there's a lot more but considering the fact its 1:30 in the morning, I'm skipping the details and just mindlessly blogging. This brings me to wonder what my new year's resolution is. I'd like to get a couple things accomplished in 2012: - Get my G to fricken minimize my insurance which leads me to my next point - Get a car so I can get around more - Use my $$$ more sensibly, refer to point on top - Go on vacation (anywhere really, by default I know this is already happening) - Quit LVeR and find a job related to my field of study before I spend all my money on lingerie and swimwear and get too comfortable - study for MCAT Given the points above, here's my resolution: Become more proactive and less reactive therefore, I must stop bitching and work towards my goals. I also want to courageously face all my challenges and forget what half-assed work looks like. Furthermore, strive to become more gracious and to always continue learning. Thinking back on the past year, it definitely wasn't boring. It was such a roller coaster with an intensity of so many levels. There were also many firsts. No regrets, just love (credits to KP). Thank You for a sensational 2011. It's time to bring on the end of the world 2012. |
