you give me fever... Apparently, I'm sick.. and can't go to work because of my sickness.. therefore I called in sick. What fun!  Family from California and Philippines are over today, well more of the whole week. Yesterday we went to the CN Tower, and today we're supposed to go to Niagara Falls. However, I really don't want to go because its raining and it would be my 4th or 5th time this year, (and I'm sick). But it just sounds so enticing: hotel, swimming pool, and Starbucks. I've realized how I haven't fully spent my summer with enough rest and relaxation. They (the parents) said I could come along regardless of my sickness if I packed now.. yet I decided to blog. Groundhog in the Garbage Can Lmao, so today I worked and the highlight of my day was hearing that there was a groundhog in a garbage can. haha, I just thought I would share. So, work is draining... I can't stand the shifts that they're giving me and sleep is definitely not enough. I'm in dire need of a shower and a sane lifestyle. I've missed out on a few parties, going to the beach and meeting up with some people. All of that just for work. Who knew a summer job could be so tiring? Oh and did I mention, I don't even know the date anymore? I worked from 4pm-12am on Friday July 17. So when I finished my shift, I looked at my phone and it said 12:03 am July 18. Then, I think to myself hey, I'm working on July 18 from 11-7 .... Little, did I know, I would be at work in another 11 hours. Well, I'm exhausted. Saturday, July 11, 2009 @ 11:13 AM
When's the next Halley's Comet? That was a line from the movie, The Hangover which I watched last night. It was hilarious! and I would recommend it. And just everybody knows the next Halley's comet is in July 28, 2061. Yeah, I just did my google. So right now I'm at Katrina's house and she's still sleeping! LOL, yeah what am I doing at her house while she's still fast asleep... who knows? I've been bugging her to wake up but no, she's stll working on her 9 to 10 hours of beauty rest because someone was up late last night.. what were you doing? mhmmm.. okay so, today we were supposed to go to Sauble Beach but it was cancelled due to the unnecessary thunderstorms. I told her it would be cancelled, but needless to say Katrina is Katrina and she will say that we will go even if it is raining. Hahaha, oh well.. I don't mind. And yet again... I haven't blogged for 4 days! So I missed out on Canada Day, went to work, saw some fireworks, nothing too interesting. Happy belated Birthday to our country! :D So, I'm in so much pain right now. lol, its funny because I deserve it. Yesterday, Stephanie and I went to the Cassie Campbell because we usually go every Friday to do our zumba, however this week we couldn't do our zumba because she had to be home by 8 for driving school and I needed to be home to baby-sit. So we decided to try something new, something different. Core 1000 was what we picked out. It started at 6:30 so we worked out in the gym before the class started. Core 1000 was definitely NOT for the faint and weak. Oh my gosh, that class was so hardcore and intense! Working on your abs and lower back oh wow. And I'm thinking to myself that doesn't look too bad when I first saw the insructor get down on her mat holding the weights at her chest doing a crunch. But oh no! It burns and you feel the pain. My motivation was "two piece" I kept on thinking of my bathing suit and the beach, since I'm going next weekend with Kat. I would recommend this class to anyone who is desperate to gain some abs. Now, would I go back to take this class? Yeah, I would :D despite the pain, I like it. So today, I decided to hop on the band wagon and watch Transformers 2. I took my little sister along and went to SilverCity. I loved the movie, it had all the action I wanted to see and it was funny at the same time. After, sitting in the theatres for 2 and a half hours my sister and I were hungry so we went to Subway and ordered some food. We took the bus home and stopped by McDonalds and ordered some milkshakes. So yet again, I must tell the world... I'm broke. This leads me to anticipating Friday (payday).
